Do you specialise in Corporate HR and Well-being at work?
This is for you.
Supporting your employees at home
In light of the global health crisis situation, and staff working from home, many of our clients have asked us to move to a webinar format to support employees with sleep, anxiety and stress while at home. We offer online training and well being support via connected devices so your colleagues can participate from home which avoids any contamination and non-essential travel. Something to think about. Our virtual speakers deliver fascinating information and conduct sleep therapy through live or recorded video.
Learning from home
Sleep knowlege and therapy delivered virtually
Our live webinars are interactive with live or recorded video, with engaging virtual speakers. Tools such as presentation slides, audience polls, Q&A and hands up features are used to to engage attendees. We are able to deliver the same knowledge and exercises, the same therapeutic taster sessions, downloadable worksheets instead of handouts, and even demonstrate several relaxation techniques and practices over live stream. The response has been really good therefore we will continue to offer the remote working format.
Group or 121 sessions
Learning how to relax and sleep
We offer an opportunity for your team to learn how to pause, try sleep techniques, recharge, and walk away with a personal sleep strategy. Our format is interactive with talks, exercises, demonstrations, sleep tips, Q&As, practical techniques and take-aways.
WeSleep at Work
On-site learning events
We can also come to you to give educational workshops on the topic of sleep improvement for the well being of your staff. We provide a safe space for participants to share if they are open to it and experience therapeutic techniques.
Sleep workshops at the office
Sleep deprivation is linked to lower productivity at work, which results in a significant amount of working days being lost each year. On an annual basis, the U.S. loses an equivalent of around 1.2 million working days due to insufficient sleep. This is followed by Japan, which loses on average 600,000 working days per year. The UK and Germany both lose just over 200,000 working days.
Let us put together a team of experienced therapists and sleep experts for you. We provide education and guidance about an increasing well-being issue which affects more employees than you can imagine. We understand that the current situation does not permit in-office sessions so we are happy to have an exploratory discussion with potential options for later in the year, when things finally get back to normal.
