Sleep workshops at the office
Sleep deprivation is linked to lower productivity at work, which results in a significant amount of working days being lost each year. On an annual basis, the U.S. loses an equivalent of around 1.2 million working days due to insufficient sleep. This is followed by Japan, which loses on average 600,000 working days per year. The UK and Germany both lose just over 200,000 working days.

A nutritionist and expert in adrenal fatigue
A practising nutritionist for more than 20 years who will help with sleep deprivation issues and its associated problems. Work/life balance has sadly become increasingly distorted for most of us. Lack of time to plan meals, poor food choices and rushed or late meals or too much alcohol can trigger sleep issues. This vicious cycle can then generate adrenal fatigue which is often seen in individuals who are very sluggish in the mornings, relying on caffeine to get them going and eating high carbohydrate foods which they wrongly believe will sustain them.

An alternative approach
it's about learning and experimenting
WeSleep is an introduction to complementary and alternative therapies which can hopefully help improve your sleep by learning and experiencing..
WeSleep is not a medical nor psychotherapy centre, nor a sleep clinic. Our approach does not seek to solve deep-rooted psychological or mental health problems. Nor is it solution to recover from traumatic nor tragic situations. We do not seek to resolve sleep issues from a western medicine point of view that is to say with traditional pharmaceutical medication.
WeSleep workshops are not an alternative plan for medical treatment nor intend to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Therefore, please note that any information, guidance or advice provided by our experts about your health issues is not a substitute for a consultation with a physician or pharmacist.

About our Founder
I want to help you experiment and find out what can help improve your sleep
Chief Sleep Orchestrator
I count my blessings for each and every good night's sleep. I mean that. Years ago I embarked on a journey full of discoveries and experiments to understand how to improve sleep. It gave me the idea to support others with the issue of insomnia and poor sleep quality, as a powerful and meaningful business ambition.
Poor habits, big life changes and events in all aspects of life can impact sleep. Corporate and political pressures at work, family and fertility issues, relationships gone wrong, losing a job, losing people we care about… as well as feeling the excitement for every positive step in life, towards a better future full of possibilities and opportunities, yet feeling that we never have enough time to do fulfill all of our ambitions or do things well enough!
As a media and entertainment consultant under Libra Rising Limited, I support innovative businesses and start ups bringing new concepts to the well-being, entertainment and travel industries. Previously, I have gathered my most significant professional experience as a business executive at Paramount Pictures, Disney ABC Television, Warner Music Group, RealNetworks and more recently at BBC's UKTV and The Box Plus Network (Channel 4). Whether in my earlier career or throughout all of my roles, I have worked in event organisation in the UK, US and France for a range of private, corporate and media clients.
In the past, I have been contributing to people’s happiness by bringing entertainment to their lives. But now, as the founder of WeSleep, my aim is now to help people live better lives by improving their sleep. My motto is: Sleep more, Live more.
I've been lucky enough to collaborate with the following very talented past and present speakers : Dr Neil Stanley (PhD), Dr Katharina Lederle, Dr Kat, Professor Graham Law, Kata Armitage, Helen Johnson (PhD), Risa Gabrielle, Chris Pinner, Michael Faquar, Victoria Smoth-Murphy, Venetia Armitage, Dr Baoxia Li, Birgit Buenger

How to sleep well
A book by Dr. Neil Stanley
How to Sleep Well is a guidebook that can change your sleep and help you live your life more fully. Whether you struggle to fall asleep, sleep too lightly, wake too often or simply cannot wake up, this book can help you get on track to sleeping well and living better. It all starts with the science of sleep. Next, you'll identify the things in your life that are disrupting your sleep cycle and learn how to mitigate the impact; Finally, you'll learn how to support healthy sleep during the waking hours -- what works with or against your sleep -- and you'll learn when the problem might be best dealt with by your GP.
A book by Dr. Katharina Lederle
In Sleep Sense, international sleep expert Dr. Katharina Lederle draws on the latest research to explore how sleep is connected to each of the three pillars of successful living: physical health, cognitive performance, and emotional well-being. And since the three pillars are interconnected, if one is weakened, our overall health can easily be undermined.
