Workshops & taster sessions
We deliver educational and experiential sessions on the topic of sleep loss and insomnia. We want to help anyone improve their sleep through education, inspiration and experimentation. It's about being inspired from a wide range of perspectives from contemporary and ancient times; of solutions from western and eastern cultures; of approaches from scientific and therapeutic nature. We offer an opportunity to pause, reflect, try new things, take a break, recharge. And walk away with a personalised sleep strategy while making new friends who share the same issue. These formats are interactive with exercises, practical tips and take-aways, with the occasional use of videos, worksheets and other tools. These can be delivered virtually or in office when possible.

Taster Group sessions
The Experimentation Carousel
Attendees have the opportunity to meet therapists and specialists throughout our series of London events in small group demonstrations. This is an opportunity to learn and sample a range of alternative therapeutic solutions and specialties, to improve your sleep quality and duration: from Sleep-inducing Nutrition to Emotional Freedom Technique, from Traditional Chinese medicine to Ayurveda (Traditional Indian medicinal system), Hypnotic Repatterning, Sleep technology, Yoga, Music and Sounds, Aromatherapy and more.
Exploring further with experts & therapists
After learning and discovering a range of solutions and sleep therapies, you will be able to schedule private consultations with our guest therapists. You will also be able to take advantage of special offers, such as: free/discounted consultations or free therapeutic supplies.
Maybe you've had a really good feeling from your interaction with one of the experts... Or you might want to ask more questions and get some personalised guidance and advice ? The journey goes on after the workshop. This can take place as a virtual video chat session or in person face to face when possible.
An alternative approach
WeSleep is an introduction to complementary and alternative therapies which can hopefully help improve your sleep by learning and experiencing them. WeSleep is not a medical nor psychotherapy centre, nor a sleep clinic. Our approach does not seek to solve deep-rooted psychological or mental health problems. Nor is it a guaranteed solution to recover from traumatic or tragic situations. We also do not suggest to resolve sleep issues from a western medicine point of view that is to say with traditional pharmaceutical medication.
WeSleep workshops are not an alternative for medical treatment nor intend to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Therefore, any information, guidance or advice provided by our experts about your health issues is not a substitute for a consultation with a physician or pharmacist.
WeSleep sessions and tickets are transferable to another person with our written approval only. WeSleep will do its utmost to maintain its standard of never cancelling or rescheduling an event, but if for some unforeseen reason WeSleep were to ever cancel or reschedule events, guests are welcome to have their refund in full, upon written request by contacting us. Otherwise WeSleep ticket or session purchases are final and cannot be exchanged nor refunded.
