Increase Productivity
Sleep workshops at the office
Sleep deprivation is linked to lower productivity at work, which results in a significant amount of working days being lost each year. On an annual basis, the U.S. loses an equivalent of around 1.2 million working days due to insufficient sleep. This is followed by Japan, which loses on average 600,000 working days per year. The UK and Germany both lose just over 200,000 working days.

The Philosophy
learn. discover. sleep more. live more.
A journey of curiosity
It is time to take charge of your sleep and not let it be in charge of you. Time to listen to your body, develop awareness, take time to learn what your body wants more of and perhaps less of. A time for new beginnings and learnings. To embed new habits with benefits which can last a lifetime. A shift in perspective. Re-awakening of all the senses. A time to breathe. A time to reconnect with what matters. How to re-pattern our thoughts and feelings. How to accept the past and be ready to make changes for the future. To have old routines beautifully broken.
We sleep. We dream. And we then feel...
... calm. safe. rested. energized. ready. curious. hopeful. invigorated. productive.
Who We Are
We want to help you find out for yourself what could help you sleep better
Julie Wright
Chief Sleep Orchestrator
I count my blessings for each and every good night's sleep. I mean that.
I have battled with sleep issues for almost 10 years, and embarked on a journey full of discoveries and experiments to tackle this. It gave me the idea to help myself and others with the issue of insomnia and poor sleep quality, as a powerful and meaningful business ambition.
Big life changes and events in all aspects of my life have affected my sleep. Corporate and political pressures at work, family and fertility issues, relationships gone wrong, losing my job, losing people I care about… as well as feeling the excitement for every positive step in my life, towards a better future full of possibilities and opportunities, yet feeling that I never have enough time to do fulfill all of my ambitions or do things well enough!
As a media and entertainment consultant under Libra Rising Limited, I support innovative businesses and start ups bringing new concepts to the well-being, entertainment and travel industries. Previously, I have gathered my most significant professional experience as a business executive at Paramount Pictures, Disney ABC Television, Warner Music Group, RealNetworks and more recently at The Box Plus Network (Channel 4). Whether in my earlier career or throughout all of my roles, I have worked in event organisation and catering in the UK, US and France for a range of private, corporate and media clients.
In the past, I have been contributing to people’s happiness by bringing entertainment to their lives. But now, as the founder of WeSleep, my aim is now to help people live better lives by improving their sleep. My motto is: Sleep more, Live more.

A nutritionist and expert in adrenal fatigue
A practising nutritionist for more than 20 years who will help with sleep deprivation issues and its associated problems. Work/life balance has sadly become increasingly distorted for most of us. Lack of time to plan meals, poor food choices and rushed or late meals or too much alcohol can trigger sleep issues. This vicious cycle can then generate adrenal fatigue which is often seen in individuals who are very sluggish in the mornings, relying on caffeine to get them going and eating high carbohydrate foods which they wrongly believe will sustain them.
